Yes, an exact tie in votes means that everyone gets another chance to come, support the band, and vote!
It was a rather meager crowd. Snow to the East and West and threats of worse to come kept many indoors - apparently for both bands. Theophilus was great, though - a good mix of tunes and talented guys. I have to admit that I'm a bit biased, but Dan is an awesome drummer....:) Click for pics and some video.
